My l5p 2019 27k miles l5p when slowing down and there is no load on engine or the wheels pushing it around 1k or whatever rpm surges around 200rpm. Like the tach bounces like it cannot regulate speed well under no load conditions. LBZ from 2006 to 2007 comes with a bore and stroke of 4.06 x 3.90 inches, similar to the LML, LMM, and L5P. These 6.6 Liter engines were made from a similar blueprint of the Duramax V-8 Engines. Like LBZ, LMM has a compression ratio of 16.8:1, which enhances the 250-360 hp production at 3200 RPM.
